I used to think Twitter is a fad, and it mostly is used in trivial ways, but it has good value where you could quickly post a tweet about good/bad service at a restaurant or store, for example, and send instant feedback to someone who's following those queries. It could potentially make those customer feedback forms a thing of the past.
